The President of Cromwell, Gary McGill,
started in the restaurant business in the 1970's as a Burger King
franchisee and later becoming a franchisee of Pizza Inn and Long John
Silvers. After selling his interests in the fast food franchises, he co
founded and created one of the most successful bagel chains in
California.
Mr. McGill has been instrumental in the creation of several restaurant concepts including categories such as: fast casual restaurant and bakery chains, pizza, quick service sandwich concepts, Mexican food, and bakeries, both retail and wholesale. McGill and Cromwell have consulted to over 70 individual clients.
